We may ask for more information or documentation to verify a claim. Incomplete, misleading, or fraudulent notices may be rejected and may expose the sender to legal liability.

04

How We Review Notices

When we receive a valid and complete notice, we may, at our discretion:

  • Remove or disable access to the material in question
  • Notify the person or organization responsible for the content
  • Conduct an internal review of the claim

We decide the appropriate action based on the nature, completeness, and legal sufficiency of each claim, and we cannot guarantee immediate action.

05

Counter-Notification

If your content was removed or restricted and you believe this happened by mistake or misidentification, you can submit a counter-notification.

Your counter-notification must include

  1. 1Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. 2Identification of the removed material and where it appeared before removal.
  3. 3Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. 4A good faith statement that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  5. 5Your consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts and agreement to accept service of process from the original complainant.

Repeat Infringement

If a user, contributor, or partner repeatedly or systematically violates copyright, we may, without prior notice:

  • Suspend or terminate their access to the Platform
  • Remove their associated content or materials
  • End their participation in editorial, advertising, or partnership programs
  • Take further legal action where appropriate
07

Contributed and Third-Party Content

The Platform may include content from contributors, advertisers, sponsors, partners, and other outside sources. We do not independently verify the ownership or licensing of every third-party submission and are not liable for any unauthorized use of copyrighted material by those parties.

Anyone who submits content to MarTech360 confirms that they hold all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions, and agrees to indemnify MarTech360 against any claims that arise from that submission.

08

Reservation of Rights

Nothing in this Policy waives any intellectual property rights held by MarTech360 or its licensors. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

09

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Copyright Policy at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on this page, and continued use of the Platform means you accept the updated Policy. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
