Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Depending on where you live, privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act and similar U.S. state laws may give you the right to tell a business not to “sell” or “share” your personal information.

These laws define “sell” and “share” broadly. They can include disclosing or making personal information available to a third party for money or other value, including for cross-context behavioral advertising (ads based on your activity across different websites and apps).

This page explains how MarTech360 (“MarTech360,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information and how you can exercise this right.

MarTech360 does not sell personal information for cash. However, as a digital media, advertising, and demand generation platform, some of our everyday activities may count as “selling” or “sharing” under the laws described above. These include:

• Working with ad networks, publishers, and advertising technology providers
• Using cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies on our website
• Sharing engagement data with partners for content syndication, lead generation programs, and events
• Using third-party analytics and marketing tools that process how visitors use the site

We do this to deliver and measure advertising, understand our audience, and improve the Platform. Our Privacy Policy has more detail on the information we collect and why.

To ask MarTech360 not to sell or share your personal information, send us a request using either option below.

Once we receive a valid request, we will take commercially reasonable steps to process it as required by applicable law.

To protect your privacy and prevent requests made without your permission, we may ask for information that confirms your identity. We only ask for what is reasonably needed to verify the request. If we cannot verify it, we may not be able to complete it.

You can ask someone else, such as an authorized agent, to submit a request for you where the law allows. In that case, we may ask for:

• Written permission from you authorizing the agent
• Verification of your identity directly with us
• Confirmation that the agent is authorized to act for you

Certain activities are permitted under applicable law and are therefore not affected by an opt-out request

You can also limit tracking yourself through:

• Cookie settings in your web browser
• Consent and cookie preference tools on the Platform
• Industry opt-out programs, where available

These settings usually apply only to the browser and device you set them on. If you clear your cookies, switch browsers, or use another device, you may need to set them again.

MarTech360 will not treat you differently for exercising your privacy rights. We will not deny you service, charge you a different price, or give you a lower level of service because you submitted a request, except where the law permits.
