Akeneo Names Jean Lethuillier as Vice President of Customer Success

Akeneo has named Jean Lethuillier as Vice President of Customer Success, expanding its leadership team as the company focuses on its growing enterprise customer base, particularly in the U.S. market.
Based in Boston, Lethuillier will focus on customer outcomes and the development of Akeneo’s customer success organization. Her responsibilities will include working with enterprise customers as they manage product information and commerce requirements across increasingly digital and AI-influenced buying environments.
Lethuillier joins Akeneo from Zoovu, where she most recently served as Senior Vice President of Customer Success. Her previous experience includes customer and partner success leadership positions at Sherpa, Cybereason, XING/kununu, and Fuze. She began her career in consulting at PwC China.

Her appointment comes as customer success is taking on a broader role within B2B technology companies. Rather than focusing solely on post-sale support, customer success teams increasingly work across adoption, retention, expansion, and measurable business outcomes.
At Akeneo, this responsibility is particularly relevant as brands, manufacturers, distributors, and retailers manage product information across multiple commerce channels. The company provides Product Cloud solutions designed to centralize and manage product information and related commerce data.
The role also comes as AI changes how consumers discover and evaluate products. Akeneo has been investing in its platform around AI-driven commerce, including its acquisition of PricingHUB and the introduction of Agentic Ziggy as part of its 2026 product releases.
For Lethuillier, the new position places customer success closer to Akeneo’s enterprise growth strategy. Her focus will include helping customers translate product information into measurable business outcomes as commerce experiences become more dependent on structured, accurate, and accessible product data.
The appointment is part of a broader leadership expansion at Akeneo, which also named Carole Offredo as Chief Marketing Officer and Edouard Dewulf as Senior Director of the Global Center of Excellence. Together, the appointments strengthen leadership across customer success, marketing, and enterprise transformation.
