DDN Names Adam Berlew as Chief Marketing Officer

DDN has named Adam Berlew as Chief Marketing Officer, bringing an experienced enterprise technology marketing executive into its leadership team as the company continues to expand its focus on AI and data infrastructure.
Berlew joins DDN from Equinix, where he served as Chief Marketing Officer. His career has included senior marketing and strategy roles at companies including Atlassian, Google, Brocade Communications, Dell, and Equinix. He has worked across cloud, enterprise technology, AI, telecommunications, and digital infrastructure.
At Google, Berlew held leadership positions spanning cloud marketing and AI strategy, while at Atlassian he led global digital, enterprise, economy, and platform marketing. He previously served as Vice President of Global Marketing at Equinix before returning to the company as CMO in 2023.

In his new role at DDN, Berlew will lead marketing as the company operates across AI infrastructure, high-performance computing, and data intelligence. DDN's platform supports organizations working with large-scale AI workloads, including hyperscalers, cloud providers, enterprises, government organizations, and research institutions.
Berlew's appointment comes as the AI infrastructure market increasingly focuses on the relationship between computing capacity, data management, GPU utilization, and the economics of training and inference. DDN has been developing its portfolio around these areas, including its Infinia data platform and infrastructure for AI and high-performance computing.
The appointment also adds marketing leadership to DDN's executive structure following several leadership changes in 2026. The company recently appointed Kevin Delane as President and Chief Revenue Officer, with responsibility spanning global revenue strategy, go-to-market execution, marketing, and customer success.
For DDN, Berlew's move brings marketing experience from several major enterprise technology companies into an organization increasingly focused on AI data infrastructure. His background across cloud, AI, and enterprise marketing places him within a market where technical positioning and clear communication around increasingly complex infrastructure technologies are becoming important parts of go-to-market strategy.
