dentsu has named Eva Chan-Scheurich as Executive Vice President, Growth, bringing her back to the agency network after several years away.

Chan-Scheurich returns to dentsu following experience in media, business development, and new business strategy. Her professional background includes work with Carat, part of the dentsu network, where she was involved in new business and client-related activities across multi-channel media engagements. Her LinkedIn profile currently lists WPP Media as her latest organization.

In her new role as EVP, Growth, Chan-Scheurich will be focused on growth-related responsibilities within dentsu. The appointment comes as advertising and media organizations continue to bring together strategy, media, data, technology, and client development functions.

The move also comes during a period of organizational change for dentsu. The company introduced a new global management structure in March 2026, with a greater emphasis on regional leadership and direct connections between business leaders and the global organization. The structure includes dedicated leadership across media, customer experience management, creative, transformation, data, and technology.

Growth roles within agency networks increasingly extend beyond traditional new-business activity. They can involve identifying opportunities across existing and prospective clients, coordinating capabilities across teams, and connecting market needs with broader agency services.

Chan-Scheurich’s return therefore adds another layer of experience in new business and media-related work to dentsu’s organization. Her previous experience within the network, combined with her more recent work outside dentsu, provides a background spanning different stages of the evolving agency and media landscape.

The appointment reflects the continued focus among advertising groups on dedicated growth leadership as client needs increasingly span media, technology, data, and integrated marketing services.
