Before joining Lusha, she served as Chief Revenue Officer at Perception Point, where she worked across revenue and partner-related functions. She also held the position of Director of Global Strategic Alliances at Checkmarx.

The move comes as B2B revenue teams increasingly rely on data, buying signals, and technology to identify accounts, understand buyer activity, and coordinate sales and marketing efforts. Lusha's platform currently combines business contact data with company information and buying signals, supporting workflows across sales, marketing, recruiting, and revenue operations.
The Chief Revenue Officer role also reflects the growing connection between data infrastructure and go-to-market execution. Revenue leaders are increasingly responsible for aligning sales, partnerships, customer acquisition, and technology around measurable business outcomes.
Shilvock’s move adds revenue leadership to Lusha’s broader focus on B2B data and intelligence as the company expands its capabilities across traditional GTM workflows and emerging AI-enabled applications.
Her promotion also highlights the changing scope of revenue leadership in the B2B technology sector, where sales organizations increasingly operate alongside data, automation, partnerships, and AI-driven systems.
