NiCE Names Jennifer Karr as Director, Demand Generation Integrated Programs

NiCE has named Jennifer Karr as Director, Demand Generation Integrated Programs, adding leadership to its demand generation function as the company continues to build marketing programs around its enterprise technology portfolio.
Karr’s new role focuses on integrated demand programs, an area that increasingly connects campaign strategy, digital marketing, content, field marketing, lifecycle programs, and sales alignment. At NiCE, the function is designed to coordinate demand activities across multiple channels and connect marketing engagement with pipeline development.
The role comes as B2B technology companies increasingly move away from isolated campaign activity toward integrated programs that operate across the full customer journey. Demand generation teams are now expected to coordinate paid and owned channels, events, account-based marketing, content, email, and digital experiences while measuring performance across the funnel.

NiCE’s current demand-generation structure also places greater emphasis on data and technology. The company’s integrated demand programs role includes campaign orchestration across digital, field marketing, content, lifecycle and nurture programs, alongside measurement of pipeline, conversion, and campaign efficiency.
Karr’s appointment comes within NiCE’s broader marketing organization as the company continues to operate across AI, cloud, customer experience, and enterprise software. NiCE’s global leadership structure includes dedicated leadership across product and technology, international operations, and other business functions.
The expanded focus on integrated demand generation also reflects how AI is becoming part of modern marketing operations. B2B marketing teams are increasingly using automation, analytics, AI-driven segmentation, and workflow technologies to coordinate campaigns and identify opportunities across different stages of the buying process.
For Karr, the new position places her within a function that connects marketing strategy with execution and measurement. The role highlights the growing importance of integrated demand programs as technology companies manage increasingly complex buyer journeys and seek closer alignment between marketing activity, sales teams, and business outcomes.
