Nift Names Don Bradford as Senior Director, Partnership Strategy and Solutions

Nift has named Don Bradford as Senior Director, Partnership Strategy and Solutions, adding an experienced marketing and technology professional to its expanding commercial organization.
Bradford joins Nift after nearly a decade at Accenture Song, where he worked with enterprise organizations across marketing, technology, customer experience, and partnerships. His background also includes experience with Epsilon and Merkle, giving him a career spanning consulting, marketing technology, digital transformation, and enterprise partnerships.
In his new role at Nift, Bradford will work across partnership strategy and solutions as the company expands its relationships with businesses and develops its commerce media platform. His experience connecting marketing capabilities, technology, and partnership models is relevant to Nift's focus on helping companies create customer engagement and revenue opportunities through its platform.

Nift operates a thank-you gift platform that connects consumers with brands through incentives provided by businesses. The company says its network now includes more than 15,000 businesses across the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia, with more than 50 million thank-you gift moments each month.
Bradford's appointment comes as Nift continues to expand its commercial and partnership organization. The company has made several leadership additions in 2026, including Marc Mallett as Senior Partner Sales Director and John McNerney as GM APAC, reflecting its broader focus on partner sales and geographic expansion.
For Bradford, the move represents a transition from consulting-led transformation work into a role more directly connected to a commerce media platform and its partner ecosystem. His experience across marketing technology, enterprise strategy, and partnerships will form part of Nift's efforts to develop and scale relationships across its growing business.
The appointment also reflects the increasing role of partnerships in commerce media, where technology platforms, brands, and distribution partners are increasingly working together to create measurable customer engagement opportunities.
