Whittaker brings more than 14 years of experience across the aerospace and defense sector, including professional search, supply chain, and sales. Korn Ferry identifies him as a sector leader within its Aerospace and Defense Professional Search team, where he focuses on retained search assignments across North America.

His career background combines experience from both the client and search sides of the business. Before moving into executive search, Whittaker spent six years with Safran, working across procurement, logistics, and sales. He later moved into executive search, where his work has included client development and talent delivery across functions such as supply chain, operations, sales, engineering, quality, and program management.
