Decast.Live joins OVHcloud Startup Program and launches Sovereign Media Pilot Credits at IBC 2026

Decast.Live, the verifiable live-media platform developed by Portuguese technology company Leren Leren, announced its selection for the 12-month OVHcloud Startup Program. At IBC 2026, taking place at RAI Amsterdam from 11–14 September, Decast will introduce the next phase of its infrastructure roadmap and launch three levels of Sovereign Media Pilot Credits.

Decast is built for live communications where trust, control and evidence matter. Its product direction combines decentralised identity, in-session security signals, tamper-evident recordings, flexible storage, and AI-assisted transcripts and media outputs. The OVHcloud programme will support Decast as it advances deployment choices for organisations that need to consider data location, operational control and infrastructure resilience.

At IBC, Decast will convert part of this infrastructure advantage into one practical offer for the media ecosystem. Organisations choose the level that matches their readiness: Test Cast for a self-guided technical evaluation, Verified Workflow for a supported operational pilot, or Sovereign Deployment for an integration and procurement-ready engagement. Selected applicants may receive up to €150, €500 or €1,500 in Decast sponsorship credit against the eligible scope.

“When we receive support, our instinct is not to keep the advantage inside the company. It is to use it to reduce the cost of experimentation for the people building the next media infrastructure,” said Shivam Dhawan, Founder of Leren Leren and Decast.Live. “At IBC, we want to meet organisations that are asking difficult questions: Where should live media run? Who can verify the people in the room? What evidence remains after a broadcast? And can the workflow move when its risk or jurisdiction changes?”

The announcement coincides with Decast’s presence in the Future Tech Ignite Innovation Village in Hall 14 as part of the EIT Culture & Creativity delegation. EIT Culture & Creativity is the European Innovation Partner for IBC 2026, bringing selected ventures into one of the world’s leading gatherings for media, entertainment and technology.

Applications will be assessed after IBC based on workflow fit, technical feasibility, public or commercial value, and the organisation’s commitment to test and decide. The three levels use the same Decast operational core; higher levels add support, configuration and deployment depth.

Sponsorship is issued by Decast, it is not a transfer of OVHcloud vouchers, and has no cash value.
