Arrowfly Names Corey Tarne as Sales Director

Arrowfly has appointed Corey Tarne as Sales Director, marking a new step in his career and adding sales leadership to the company's team.

The appointment comes as businesses across the technology and marketing sectors continue to focus on building customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and aligning sales activities with changing market needs. Sales leadership plays an important role in translating business strategy into commercial execution, particularly in competitive markets where organizations must demonstrate clear value to prospective customers.

A Sales Director typically oversees sales strategy, supports pipeline development, and works with teams to build and maintain customer relationships. The role can also involve identifying growth opportunities, coordinating with marketing, and establishing processes to track sales performance. The relationship between sales and marketing has become increasingly important as organizations seek to improve how prospects move from initial awareness to a purchasing decision. Marketing teams generate interest through campaigns and content, while sales teams work to understand customer requirements, address questions, and advance opportunities. Strong alignment between these functions can help businesses create a more consistent customer journey.

Data and technology are also influencing modern sales operations. Customer relationship management platforms, analytics tools, and automation can help teams manage prospects, prioritize opportunities, and monitor pipeline activity. However, effective execution still depends on understanding customer needs and building credible, long-term relationships.
