AudienceProject has appointed Donia Baddou as Vice President of Partnerships, where she will lead the company’s global partnerships strategy and strategic relationships with platforms across the advertising ecosystem.

In her new role, Baddou will work across commercial strategy, product collaboration, measurement, and go-to-market activities. She will also work with AudienceProject’s partnership, product, data science, customer success, and commercial teams to develop existing relationships and identify new partnership opportunities across markets.

Baddou joins AudienceProject from Lumen, where she built and led the company’s partnerships function. Her previous work included strategic relationships with global platforms and measurement companies, including Amazon, Google, Netflix, Disney, Snap, IAS, and DoubleVerify.

Her appointment comes as measurement becomes increasingly important across a fragmented advertising environment. Advertisers and agencies are managing campaigns across channels including digital, social, CTV, online video, and linear television, creating greater demand for comparable measurement across media environments.

AudienceProject provides cross-media measurement that allows advertisers to compare campaign performance across multiple channels and understand how individual platforms contribute to overall reach and frequency.

For the wider advertising industry, partnerships are becoming an important part of addressing measurement challenges. Integrations between platforms, measurement providers, agencies, and media owners can help connect data and create more consistent views of campaign performance.

Baddou’s move therefore places partnerships at the center of AudienceProject’s ongoing development. Her remit spans both commercial and product collaboration, reflecting how measurement partnerships increasingly involve more than business development alone.

The appointment also highlights the growing intersection between advertising technology, data, measurement, and platform relationships as marketers look for clearer ways to evaluate campaigns across an increasingly fragmented media landscape.
