Cyara Appoints Ben Corser as General Manager and SVP, Go-to-Market for Asia-Pacific

Cyara has appointed Ben Corser as General Manager and Senior Vice President, Go-to-Market for Asia-Pacific, placing regional growth and customer engagement under dedicated leadership as enterprises move AI agents into live customer service environments.
Based in the region, Corser will lead Cyara’s go-to-market activities across APAC, with a focus on customer relationships, partner ecosystems, and the company’s broader regional expansion. He joins from NiCE and has held senior leadership positions at Matterport, SAP, EMC, Nokia, and Microsoft. His experience spans cloud, software, go-to-market strategy, and business transformation across Asia-Pacific.
The appointment comes as enterprises reassess how AI can be deployed in customer-facing operations. While organizations are moving beyond experimentation, concerns around reliability, governance, compliance, and customer experience remain important barriers to wider adoption.

For customer experience teams, the challenge is no longer limited to whether an AI agent can complete a task. Organizations also need to understand how the agent behaves across different interactions, whether it follows expected policies, and how its performance affects the overall customer journey.
Cyara’s regional leadership change reflects this evolving market. The company’s platform focuses on testing and monitoring customer experience journeys, including AI-driven interactions, before and after deployment. Its regional strategy will therefore operate within a market where technology adoption is increasingly tied to trust and operational visibility.
Corser said enterprises across APAC are moving quickly to introduce AI into real customer interactions, but scaling the technology requires trust. His remit will include working with customers and partners as organizations evaluate how to introduce AI into customer service while maintaining consistent outcomes.
The appointment also comes ahead of Cyara’s Agentic CX Summit in Melbourne, where the company is expected to address the challenges of moving AI agents from pilots into production. For marketers and customer experience leaders, the development highlights the growing connection between AI adoption, customer journey assurance, and the ability to demonstrate measurable service quality.
As AI becomes more involved in customer engagement, regional go-to-market leadership will increasingly need to connect technology capabilities with operational requirements, customer expectations, and business outcomes.
