Horizon3.ai Promotes Mandy Hales to Director, Growth Marketing EMEA

Horizon3.ai has promoted Mandy Hales to Director, Growth Marketing EMEA, expanding her responsibilities across the company’s marketing activities in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
Hales has been with Horizon3.ai for about a year and previously served as Senior Manager, EMEA Strategic Marketing. Her work has included partnering with regional sales leadership, developing marketing strategy, and measuring the performance of marketing activities across EMEA.
The move comes as Horizon3.ai continues to expand its EMEA operations. In June 2026, the cybersecurity company opened an EMEA headquarters in Amsterdam and said its regional team had grown significantly over the preceding 12 months, with further recruitment planned across sales, technical, customer success, channel, and operational functions.

Hales’ expanded remit places growth marketing within this broader regional expansion. Growth marketing teams typically work across demand generation, campaign performance, audience development, digital programs, and measurement, connecting marketing activity with broader business objectives.
Her experience at Horizon3.ai has also included supporting regional events and partner activity. In a recent update marking her first year with the company, Hales highlighted activity across EMEA, including partner engagement, industry events, and multiple regional events taking place on the same day.
The promotion also comes as Horizon3.ai continues to build its presence in the cybersecurity market. The company develops autonomous security technology through its NodeZero platform, which is designed to help organizations identify and validate exploitable attack paths across their environments.
For Hales, the move from strategic marketing leadership to a director-level growth marketing role broadens her responsibilities across the EMEA market. It also reflects the increasing role of regional marketing teams in coordinating demand generation, partner programs, events, and sales alignment as technology companies expand into international markets.
