Monks has appointed Nirvik Singh as CEO of EMEA Marketing Services. Singh will join the company’s executive leadership team and lead its marketing services business across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Singh previously served as Global Chief Operating Officer and President International at Grey Group, where he oversaw operations across Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific. He brings more than 35 years of experience spanning marketing, communications, and business operations across international markets.

Before taking on the new executive role, Singh served as an independent Non-Executive Director on the S4Capital Board, a position he joined in May 2025. Following his appointment at Monks, he will retire from the board.

At Monks, Singh will report to Bruno Lambertini, CEO of Marketing Services, and work closely with EMEA Chief Revenue Officer Alex Oberberg and the region’s country managing directors. His remit will bring together brand strategy, creative, content orchestration, and data-driven media across the company's EMEA operations.

The appointment comes as agencies continue to restructure their operating models around closer connections between creative, media, data, technology, and content. For marketers, this shift is also taking place alongside growing demand for faster campaign development, greater content volumes, and more coordinated activity across markets.

Monks has said Singh’s leadership will support its plans for EMEA through 2027, including the broader rollout of Monks.Flow, its AI and workflow platform. The company says the platform is designed to connect media intelligence, creative workflows, and content orchestration.

Singh’s appointment therefore places regional leadership around an integrated marketing model, as agencies continue to adapt their structures to changing client requirements and the increasing role of AI and automation in marketing operations.
