OfficeSpace Software has named Peter Isaacson as Chief Marketing Officer, bringing a veteran B2B technology marketer into the company’s leadership team as it continues to expand its workplace management software business.

Isaacson joins OfficeSpace after seven years as Chief Marketing Officer at Demandbase, where he worked on account-based marketing and B2B go-to-market strategies. His background also includes CMO roles at Replicant, Castlight Health, and Invoca, as well as earlier experience leading global brand and field marketing at Adobe.

At OfficeSpace, Isaacson will lead the company’s marketing organization as it develops its positioning across workplace management and AI-powered workplace technology. The company provides software covering areas such as space planning, desk and room booking, employee wayfinding, visitor management, asset management, workplace analytics, and AI-enabled workflows.

His appointment comes as workplace technology becomes increasingly connected to broader conversations around hybrid work, workplace utilization, employee experience, and corporate real estate. Organizations are using software and data to understand how physical spaces are being used and how workplace decisions can be connected to changing employee patterns.

AI is also becoming part of this shift. OfficeSpace has been adding AI-driven capabilities that allow employees to interact with workplace systems through conversational requests, while its broader platform combines workplace data with planning and operational workflows.

For B2B technology marketers, this environment creates a need to communicate increasingly complex products to multiple stakeholders, including workplace leaders, corporate real estate teams, facilities professionals, finance executives, and technology departments.

Isaacson’s experience across enterprise software, account-based marketing, AI, and technology brands brings that background into his new role at OfficeSpace.

The appointment adds senior marketing leadership as OfficeSpace continues to develop its workplace technology offering and position its products within the evolving market for AI-enabled workplace management.
