Proof has appointed Jeremiah Glodoveza as Chief Marketing Officer, bringing a senior marketing executive with experience across payments and identity technology into the company's leadership team.

Glodoveza will oversee Proof's global marketing, brand, and communications functions, with responsibility for market positioning and go-to-market activities. His appointment comes as Proof expands its focus from digital notarization into identity verification, fraud prevention, and authorization for digital transactions.

Glodoveza brings more than 20 years of marketing and communications experience across the payments and identity sectors. Before joining Proof, he served as Senior Vice President and Head of Global Branding and Communications at Nuvei. Earlier, he held senior marketing and communications positions at Nium and Early Warning Services, where he was part of the team that launched Zelle. His career also includes leadership roles at Microsoft and Avaya.

His experience in payments and financial technology aligns with Proof's growing focus on identity authorization. The company is developing technology designed to establish not only who is involved in a digital transaction, but also whether a verified person authorized the action.

The appointment also comes as AI agents begin taking on more tasks on behalf of people and businesses. Proof has recently introduced x401, an open protocol designed to help verify the human authority behind actions taken by AI agents. The company has also joined the FIDO Alliance and launched portable digital identity capabilities for banks.

For marketing teams operating in emerging technology categories, Glodoveza's role highlights the importance of communicating complex changes in identity, payments, fraud prevention, and AI in terms that enterprise customers can understand.

With his new position, Glodoveza will lead Proof's marketing strategy as the company develops its identity authorization business across financial services and other industries where digital transactions increasingly require stronger verification and accountability.
