InvoiceCloud Names Madilynn Castillo as Chief Marketing Officer

InvoiceCloud has appointed Madilynn Castillo as Chief Marketing Officer, bringing a new marketing leader into the company as it expands its digital billing and payments business across the utility, government, and insurance sectors.
Castillo will lead InvoiceCloud’s marketing organization, with responsibility for brand positioning, demand generation, product marketing, and customer engagement. Her remit will also include strengthening the company’s go-to-market approach and connecting marketing activity with customer outcomes.
She joins InvoiceCloud from Tulip Interfaces, where she served as Chief Marketing Officer. During nearly eight years at Tulip, Castillo built and led its global marketing organization as the manufacturing technology company progressed through multiple stages of growth. Her work included market positioning, analyst relations, and marketing around the use of AI in manufacturing operations.

At InvoiceCloud, Castillo will focus on marketing for a business that helps organizations manage digital billing, payments, customer engagement, and related financial interactions. The company serves customers across utilities, government, and insurance, sectors where billing and payment experiences are closely connected with customer service and operational processes.
Her appointment comes as organizations across these sectors continue moving billing and payment interactions from paper-based and manual processes toward digital channels. This shift creates a marketing challenge that extends beyond product awareness, requiring technology providers to communicate how digital adoption can affect customer experience, payment behavior, and internal operations.
Castillo’s background in building technology marketing organizations and translating emerging technology into market positioning will now be applied to InvoiceCloud’s enterprise marketing efforts.
The appointment follows InvoiceCloud’s recent addition of Matthew Lane as Chief Revenue Officer, giving the company expanded leadership across both marketing and revenue functions as it develops its commercial strategy.
