PunchDrunk Digital Welcomes Tiffany Gomez as Account Manager

PunchDrunk Digital has appointed Tiffany Gomez as Account Manager, adding an experienced agency professional to its client services team as the digital advertising landscape continues to evolve.
Gomez brings more than 20 years of experience across marketing, agency operations, client service, and campaign management. Her previous experience includes roles with Taylor West Advertising, Anderson Marketing Group, and GDC Marketing & Ideation, where she worked across campaigns for government agencies, retail businesses, and nonprofit organizations.
In her new position, Gomez will work with clients and agency partners on strategy and campaign management, while also supporting new business opportunities. She will additionally contribute to PunchDrunk Digital's relationships and presence in the San Antonio and Texas markets.
The appointment comes as account management roles within digital agencies continue to broaden. Client-facing teams are increasingly expected to understand not only campaign objectives but also the technology, data, media channels, and measurement frameworks behind modern advertising programs.

Digital campaigns now span an expanding mix of environments, including connected TV, programmatic display, streaming audio, paid search, social media, and emerging platforms. This fragmentation has made coordination between clients, agencies, media teams, and technology partners increasingly important.
At the same time, advertisers are placing greater emphasis on measurable outcomes. Rather than looking only at impressions or clicks, marketers increasingly want to understand how campaigns influence consumer behavior and contribute to broader business objectives.
This environment also requires account leaders to balance strategic planning with day-to-day execution. Understanding client requirements, coordinating campaign activity, identifying opportunities, and maintaining communication across multiple stakeholders have become important components of the role.
Gomez's agency background provides experience across these areas, including campaign development, client relationships, and creative problem-solving. Her appointment reflects the continued importance of experienced client-service professionals as agencies navigate a more complex digital media ecosystem.
For the wider MarTech and AdTech industry, the move highlights how agency account management is increasingly connected to technology and measurement. As advertisers use more channels and data-driven tools, client-facing teams need to bridge the gap between marketing strategy and execution.
Gomez joins PunchDrunk Digital at a time when digital advertising continues to change through automation, audience data, connected media, and evolving measurement practices. Her role will place her at the center of those client and agency interactions as the business continues to develop its market presence.
