StackAdapt Names Caroline Tsay to Its Board of Directors

StackAdapt has appointed Caroline Tsay to its Board of Directors, bringing experience in artificial intelligence, enterprise software, product strategy, and corporate governance to the advertising technology company.

Tsay most recently co-founded and served as CEO of Compute Software, an AI cloud optimization company that helps enterprises manage workloads across major cloud platforms, including Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure.

Her previous leadership experience includes serving as Vice President and General Manager of Software at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), where she led digital go-to-market strategy for SaaS offerings. Earlier in her career, she held product management leadership roles at Yahoo!, overseeing initiatives across Search, AI, and E-Commerce.

Beyond her executive career, Tsay currently serves on the boards of The Coca-Cola Company, Morningstar, and NiCE. She has also previously held board positions at Semrush, Travelzoo, and Rosetta Stone. Her experience spans enterprise technology, consumer businesses, digital marketing, and public company governance.

The appointment comes as artificial intelligence increasingly influences advertising technology, from campaign planning and audience targeting to media optimization and measurement. AdTech platforms are investing in AI capabilities to help marketers manage complex campaigns and coordinate activity across multiple channels.

For StackAdapt, Tsay's background in scaling software businesses and developing technology products brings a perspective that extends beyond traditional advertising operations. Her experience in enterprise AI and product commercialization could contribute to strategic discussions as the company continues to develop its advertising platform and expand its market presence.
