dentsu Names Kevin Christopher Lao as Client Director

dentsu has named Kevin Christopher Lao as Client Director, adding his experience in B2B marketing and digital media to its client leadership organization.
Lao joins dentsu after more than four years with Just Global, where he worked across B2B marketing and media. His experience includes digital media, paid search, social, and programmatic campaigns, as well as work with clients in the technology and cybersecurity sectors.
His background also includes marketing and digital roles across Singapore and the Philippines. Over the course of his career, Lao has worked across campaign management, media activation, marketing operations, and business processes, giving him experience across both strategic and execution-focused areas of marketing.
The Client Director role places him within dentsu’s client-facing organization, where responsibilities typically involve managing client relationships, coordinating teams, and connecting marketing activity with business objectives.

The appointment comes as B2B marketers continue to navigate a media environment shaped by fragmented audiences, digital channels, and increasingly complex buyer journeys. Client leadership roles have consequently become more closely connected to media, data, technology, and performance measurement.
Lao’s experience across digital media and B2B marketing aligns with this changing environment. His previous work included managing media activations and digital campaigns across paid search, social, and programmatic channels, areas that increasingly form part of integrated B2B marketing programs.
His move to dentsu also follows his recent departure from Just Global, where he described his more than four-year tenure as an experience shaped by client relationships, collaboration with global teams, and work with media partners across APAC.
For dentsu, the appointment adds client-facing leadership with experience spanning B2B marketing, digital media, and campaign execution as agencies continue to adapt their models around increasingly integrated marketing and media services.
