SWYM has appointed Matt DeLoca as its first Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), creating a new leadership position as the AI-powered programmatic media platform looks to expand its commercial operations and strengthen its presence across global markets.

In his new role, DeLoca will lead SWYM’s global revenue strategy, overseeing relationships with advertisers, agencies, and strategic partners across North America, Asia-Pacific, and Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. His responsibilities will include scaling the commercial organization, strengthening sales execution, and supporting adoption of the company’s technology among new and existing customers.

DeLoca brings more than 25 years of B2B sales leadership experience across AdTech, MarTech, and AI-enabled enterprise software. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Sales at Alkymi. He has also held senior sales leadership positions at Truepic, People.ai, and Smartling. Earlier in his career, he spent seven years in Apple’s media and entertainment sales group.

The appointment comes as advertisers and agencies seek greater control over programmatic media investments. Increasingly complex supply chains, growing volumes of advertising inventory, and multiple intermediaries have made media efficiency and transparency important industry priorities.

SWYM uses AI-powered decision-making to assess advertising inventory before it reaches demand-side platforms (DSPs). The approach is designed to help advertisers identify higher-quality impressions and reduce inefficient media spending before bidding takes place.

According to SWYM Co-Founder and CEO Ravi Patel, the appointment reflects the company's investment in leadership and commercial infrastructure as demand for its technology develops.
