Former Meta, Roku and tvScientific executive joins the performance creative company as it expands its work with DTC and enterprise advertisers

TubeScience, the performance creative company and #1 provider of Partnership Ads on Meta, announced that Brad Murphy has joined the company as President of Brand Direct Sales, leading its next phase of growth with DTC and enterprise advertisers.

Murphy joins TubeScience after serving as Vice President and Head of Sales at tvScientific, the performance CTV platform acquired by Pinterest in February 2026. He previously led Roku’s Growth performance advertising business and spent nearly a decade at Facebook, now Meta, where his leadership roles spanned financial services, digitally native businesses and venture capital partnerships.

The appointment comes as TubeScience looks to build on more than a decade of growth under its co-founders. The company has been bootstrapped without venture capital or private equity investment, growing through client results, referrals, and word of mouth.

“TubeScience has built something incredibly rare. A scaled business where the economic model is fundamentally aligned with the advertiser,” Murphy said. “The company has spent more than a decade learning what makes creative perform across billions of dollars in media investment. That includes traditional performance creative, creator-powered advertising, and Partnership Ads. My job is to help bring those capabilities to more of the world’s leading DTC and enterprise marketers.”

Murphy will focus on expanding TubeScience’s relationships with large performance advertisers, including companies in highly regulated categories such as healthcare and financial services, while extending its performance creative expertise across Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, CTV and other measurable video platforms.

That mandate closely follows Murphy’s career. At Facebook, he built the company’s FinTech vertical and go-to-market strategy, its digitally native Disruptors team supporting DTC advertisers, and its Venture Capital partnerships team. At Roku, he led a 50-plus-person cross-functional growth organization spanning sales, customer success, product, marketing, engineering and analytics.

Most recently, Murphy joined tvScientific in April 2025 and led sales across its App, Affiliate and Brand Direct businesses during a period of significant growth. Pinterest acquired tvScientific in February 2026.

“Brad has spent his career building performance businesses and working with the types of growth leaders we serve,” said Philip Buerger, TubeScience co-founder. “We’ve built TubeScience for more than a decade by focusing relentlessly on client performance rather than building a traditional sales organization. Brad gives us the opportunity to bring that model, along with the performance knowledge we’ve built at enormous scale, to substantially more advertisers.”

For Murphy, the opportunity is also about where performance marketing is headed.

“Performance marketers are operating across more platforms than ever, but the fundamental challenge hasn’t changed: you need creative that gets someone to act,” Murphy said. “TubeScience has built a system for learning what drives that action across millions of ads and applying those learnings at scale. Partnership Ads and creator-powered creative are an increasingly important part of that mix, but the larger opportunity is helping advertisers build better-performing creative everywhere they invest.”

Today, TubeScience operates at a scale that gives it a distinctive view into what drives advertising performance. The company applies learnings from creative running across approximately $2.7 billion in annual Meta spend, produces more than 8,000 videos per month, and has tested more than 1.6 million ads.

That scale also extends to one of the fastest-growing areas of paid social: Partnership Ads. TubeScience became the largest spender on partnership ads on Meta by combining creator-led content with its creative strategy, production capabilities and performance intelligence to help advertisers develop, test and scale more effective paid media.

TubeScience’s model is differentiated by a simple premise: clients pay when the creative performs. The company combines creative strategy, in-house production, technology, testing and performance data to develop video advertising tied to measurable growth.

TubeScience produces thousands of videos each month from its 100,000-square-foot Los Angeles studio and works with advertisers across industries ranging from ecommerce and consumer brands to healthcare and financial services.
